CNC Turning
Horizontal and vertical CNC turning up to Ø650mm. Our turning department includes multi-axis lathes with live tooling, bar feeders for automated 24/7 production, and Y-axis capabilities for complex geometries in a single setup.
CNC Milling
3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centers including Fanuc Robodrill high-speed machining. We process aluminium, steel, stainless steel, titanium, plastics and exotic alloys with tolerances down to ±0.005mm.
Decolletage & Swiss Turning
High-volume precision Swiss-type turning for small diameter parts from Ø2mm to Ø32mm. Ideal for connectors, pins, bushings and medical components requiring tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes.
Quality Control & Metrology
Full dimensional inspection using coordinate measuring machines (CMM), optical measurement systems, and surface roughness testers. Every batch is documented with measurement reports per ISO 9001:2015 standards.
